Brand at Scale
Context
Canopy is a growing technology company operating in a fast-paced environment, where marketing and sales teams rely on clear, consistent visual communication across multiple channels. As the company scaled, brand assets needed to work not as isolated pieces, but as part of a cohesive system that could adapt to different formats and use cases.
The Problem
With an increasing volume of materials — including slide decks, ebooks, emails, social assets, and branded swag — the challenge was maintaining brand consistency, clarity, and usability while moving quickly.
Design needed to support speed without becoming fragmented, and assets had to remain recognizable and effective across both digital and physical touchpoints.
My Role
I was responsible for translating brand guidelines and campaign goals into scalable visual systems. My work focused on layout, typography, hierarchy, and adaptability — ensuring that each asset fit within a larger brand ecosystem while remaining functional for its specific context.

I collaborated closely with marketing and sales stakeholders, adapting designs across formats such as presentations, long-form content, social media, email communication, and physical branded materials.
The Approach
Rather than treating each deliverable as a one-off, I approached the work by designing flexible frameworks that could scale across channels. Decisions around layout, hierarchy, and typography were made with reuse and clarity in mind, allowing complex information to remain readable while preserving brand integrity. This system-driven approach made it possible to move quickly without sacrificing consistency, even as assets expanded across formats and teams.
